Major Accounts Sales Executive

Ideal Sales Professional MUST possess experience in all of the following fields, however, a history of successful sales is also a plus:
Technology Sales
Working Knowledge of IT Service and support to small business.
Cold Calling

Daily activities will include:
Prospecting for new customers in person and via the telephone,
Understanding clientÂ’s business needs and providing appropriate solutions to match those needs,
Managing database of current clients,
Making face-to-face presentations to prospective or current clients and
Meet and exceed daily activity, sales and collections goals

REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years sales experience,
Previous sales over $100k/month,
College degree or comparable real world experience,
Motivated self starter and entrepreneurial background,
Comfortable being measured and being held accountable to collections and sales goals,
Consultative/relationship and solution sales experience,
Positive and clear communicator,
Fast learner and
Successful history prospecting and penetrating accounts.

Working from home is an option.

Network Engineer

BS/BA in Computer Sciences or Telecom Engineering or equivalent experience. Cisco, Marconi, Juniper certifications strongly desired.

Technical Experience:

Varied and strong telecom technical background that includes extensive circuit and packet switch networking, and 5+ years experience in installation and maintenance of IP/ATM/SONET networks.

A minimum of 5+ years of network engineering experience.

Network design and implementation.
Experience with Sun Solaris and other UNIX/Linux platforms, NT/2000/2003, MS Exchange, and Windows based systems.

Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, systems management & networking on multiple computing platforms.
Wide area technologies such as SONET, ATM, MPLS.
IP protocol suite and the associated routing issues (BGP, OSPF).

LAN protocol management to include address management and network protocol configuration (IP, IPX, AppleTalk, NetBIOS, and other miscellaneous protocols).
Specific understanding of industry trends and standards required

The Network Engineer is responsible for providing design, analysis, implementation and ongoing support for next generation IP, ATM and SONET networks.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Technical Support Engineer will: Provide customer and technical support for assigned products through inbound phone requests and electronic tickets; Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, and fix customer problems and then escalate complex problems when necessary; Track resolution through problem solving cycle; Keep impacted parties informed of progress and resolution; Recommend enhancements regarding product, application or documentation; Provide input to product developers, based on application, review and support; Communicate problem status and/or new developments to customers.

- Must have excellent customer skills. The technician must be able to project an amicable, professional and knowledgeable individual over the telephone.
- Must be a self-started individual and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to make independent decisions.
- Must have good writing skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and be able to travel.
- Must be able to understand and handle a full range of information technology related to hardware and software

REQUIREMENTS
Two years technical support experience in a corporate or consumer environment.
Bachelors Degree in computer technology or business field; or actively seeking.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems in a technical team-oriented environment.
Ability to demonstrate customer empathy, customer diplomacy skills, and problem ownership.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities including good time management skills

MCSE Certified Preferred
